The New Solar System

A new report from Stanford University explains that policy must change dramatically if the clean energy source is to become pervasive in the future. Perhaps the report's biggest message: the U.S. can’t afford to enter into a solar trade war with China, and instead each country must play to its strengths in a global effort to drive adoption.
